Pat Bako - Bio
Pat Bako earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Rochester Institute of Technology, with a minor in Sociology, in 2002. She has also studied at the Harrachov Glass School in the Czech Republic and has received scholarships to study at the Penland School of Crafts and Pilchuck Glass School. She has taught workshops at the Pittsburgh Glass Center, The Rochester Institute of Technology and at Pratt Fine Arts Center. Bako has also worked as an artist assistant and summer staff member at Pilchuck Glass School.
Bako has exhibited in both the United States and Europe and currently lives in Seattle, Washington where she maintains a studio and serves as the Glass Studio Manager at Pratt Fine Arts Center.
