Lead Artist/Program Manager, Arts Connect
A partnership between Pierce County Juvenile Court and The Museum of Glass, Tacoma, WA.
Helped to establish, now manage and teach arts-based intervention and recidivism prevention program for adolescent girls who are in detention and on probation in Pierce County, WA. Teach weekly day-long workshops in detention; founded, currently manage and teach multi-arts post-release class at Museum. Hire, manage and collaborate with guest artists and work closely with probation officers, case aids, guardians, court administrators and detention staff. Helped to create program evaluation, write grants and fundraise.
